Job Duties:
Plan and lead activities of software professionals involved in projects related to web, eMarketing and enterprise level software systems and applications.

Coordinate design, development, testing and implementation of web, enterprise level and eMarketing related software solutions that meet specific client needs.

Participate in defining business and technical requirements; interact with business users to assess needs and requirements. Review and approve technical designs; translate business requirements into technical requirements and provide high-level design specifications to engineers. Mitigate technical risks and manage all stages from development through implementation. Outline steps in the development process and provide guidelines to lower level engineering personnel. The job requires strong knowledge of project management principles and procedures as well as focus on highest quality deliverables.
Must be able to travel temporarily to client sites throughout USA with expenses paid by the employer.

Requirements:
Required Bachelor of Science or foreign equivalent in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Computer Information Systems, Electronic/Electrical Engineering or any related Engineering plus five years of experience in job offered or related field.

Job Position: Web Application Engineer

Job Duties:
Development of 3-tier multi-threaded web based applications. Working knowledge of Application Servers, Java Development Environment (Core Java, JSP, Servlets, JDBC, J2EE), XML, XSLT & Relational Database is essential. Along with, hands on working experience with Reporting Tool.

Job Duties:
