Marketing and Sales will find plenty to like in Salesforce Spring 2020 Release

Revenue Recognition Anywhere, Personal Social Module, and Direct Sending from Case are highlights of the latest release of Salesforce.com. Many other new features and feature improvements are available for Marketing (1) and Sales (2) along with improvements for Service and Manufacturing.

Revenue Recognition Anywhere increases the number of revenue recognition points from only four (ordering, invoicing, credit lining, and debt lining) to any number with an easy Apex call.

Personal Social Module is added to the Salesforce Social Intelligence feature allowing Sales personnel to switch quickly from their own Twitter accounts to their Salesforce accounts.

Direct Sending from Case allows messaging to leads, contacts, and other associated persons from the case itself. For more information about integration of the Salesforce CRM with the market leaders in marketing automation, contact RightWave.
