Marketo Sent and Delivered Email Retention Policy Changes September 1, 2020

90 days will be Marketo’s new retention period starting Tuesday September 1, 2020.

Marketo will retain sent and delivered email data for that period of time, a reduction from the 25-month standard retention and 37-month extended retention. This change only applies to Smart Lists.

There is no impact on Analytics, Dashboards, or Reports. Also, Date Opened will still be retained as in the past.
